HISTORY OF YOUR HORSE:
She had a rough time before i found her. she was born in Montana on June 6, 2001.... on a hill, and rolled under it after being born ultimately being separated from her mother for an hour or so before being found.
A year later she was attacked by a black bear and that same winter she got frost bite in her ear, but then i got her, and totally fell in love with her. After four months of saddle breaking training i took her to a small town show to get her used to the showing atmosphere and she surprised me by winning first, second, and two thirds in her very first show.
She does goes on the trails like it's no body's business and even goes in water for a quick dip! she's adorable, gentle and patient. A cute Dapple gray, she is bomb proof and has given lessons from novice to advance even lessons to a boy with autism.
She is always the lead mare in the herd though, even when we went to a barn with all giant thoroughbreds she some how showed them who was boss and kept her roll as lead mare.
She is my best friend and i dont know what id do without her.
I started taking lessons when i was three, it was a deal my parents made me so i would sleep in my bed at night that just stuck. I'm 15 now, so that makes 12 years of riding. it has been really therapeutic for me and helped me through a lot, well, everything. I trained with the same teacher for 10 years and the rest I've done on my own after her tragic death.
We did a training selling business and i worked in reining for a while. Now I work for people and friends fixing their horses and adding training on them or their horse, who ever needs it more (usually the rider) lol
Any way hroses are life and dont know what id do with out them or Derby that is!
ohh..im doing english right now and im just doing rail work and i also jumper her over jumps..soon i will be able to do the whole jumping corse that will be fun..showmanship..BARREL RACING ♥♥...alot of gaming events see im on OHSET its a highschool team rodeo thingso we do like all events its cool and U?
i wish you were from wisconsin. lmao. too bad about your mare (how she grew up). my mare was bought off the auction block by a man who knew nothing. then was saved by a friend of mine, who then passed her on to me. that same mare is now due to foal, in great condition, has been shown and is my other lover. lmao. well thanks for the add. :]
