| HISTORY OF YOUR HORSE: |
Sione is an OTTB who was sent to slaughter when her broodmare career ended with a breeding farm in Eastern Washington. She was listed by a group in Yakima who works with a local Killer Buyer/Horse Trader. She was purchased with funds from a dedicated group of women, and I adopted her in October of 2006.
Dixie was an ex ranch horse saved from the Killer Buyers at an auction, she is my newest resident.
Ginger was my dream horse, the most beautiful, well trained mare in the world, Ginger came to live with me in her senior years until her death at age 25-27, she is greatly missed.
Tate was also one of the most wonderul mares on earth, she was stunning to look at, and totally a bombproof mare. Tate passed away a few years ago at age 25 |

I'm a 48 year old who just loves her horses, I'm in a long term relationship and live on a small farm in Arlington,WA. I'm a mother of two and a grandmother of two. I've found I prefer my rescues over any horses. They are the "Horse of my Dreams." I'm anti-slaughter and continue my fight until every horse is safe from that horror.
