How was the world show?
Yup I'm good n prego!lol! I keep saying any day, but we really have 10 more days till the due date, but who is counting! lol! I'm feeling good so thats a big plus, just ready for it to be OVER!!!

No i didn't make it to the show. I wanted to go trail riding instead..
Im so ready for October, lol! I'm not hot or anything like that, just ready for it to be over! I will try to update some more picts to my page. We have been SWAMPED at work! UGH! Thats part of the reason I can't wait till Oct! loL!

Yippie! I just found out there is an open show next Sunday and July 12th not that far from me! Now I have to go home and do some cram/crunch time!

WWYD. I bought this mare 2 years ago. Broodie from a friend I met online, vistied her place a few times etc. This lady was attached to her and still really likes her, but they have went more TB then QH. I feel bad selling her because she gave me a good deal on her and my other filly who i love and want to keep. You know I need to thin my herd and really don't have a need for her anymore. I don't think the horse market is going back up and it would be one less mouth to feed. I don't want to make this lady mad because she wanted me to have her cause she knew i would give her a good home.. On the flip side she has 60 days proffes. training as a 3yo, 10 now. Cut her leg so she was never finished. I could break her and ride her as an extra horse.....

Oh WOW! Is the pali your 2 yo! She is beautiful! What events will you do with her? I love palis but have never owned one! When I was growing up Mom had one and he was a nut, so she would never let me own one! *eye roll* Maybe one day!

I have heard from a friend that shows around here haven't been too effected by fuel prices. Which that shocked me alittle. I know if I was out showing I would be hitting the local ones only! There should be 4 close to home, with in 20 miles of me here soon. I would like to take my yearling and so some halter!

Yeah, I price my gelding at $450, breeding stock, have his papers to get him reg just never sent them in, 3yo, not broke. The girl needs him delivered so I told her $500 and she could have the horse. She has never seen him just picts, and what i have told her. Matt and I were talking last night, it will proly cost $150 in fuel so I'm really only "getting" $350 for him. But she sounds like the kinda girl I wanted him to go to, so I don't mind making nothing! Plus with the market I am in no position to be picky on my price. He is home bred and raised so my only cost has been feeding him..

Ah horse sisters at heart! lol! I will be the guine pig and then let you know all about it! I am very practical and up front about things! No fluffing it here! I will tell you, your boobs will get bigger (PLUS), but so will your belly. You will cry because your boobs are getting bigger and your bra's don't fit. Your belly will get big, but you might even come to like it! Sleeping so far hasn't been too big, but I'm not huge yet! Your ability to streatch side to side, turn side to side will be limited. You will cry for no reason, or at a sad song. And your ability to poop will be altered! lol! This is what I have experainced so far...
Have fun at the show! I can't wait to hear about the world show! Will your hubby go with you? I hope there are a few close to me so I can go! I miss the thought of not being able to go! Cross your fingers for me i think i might have my one gelding sold, just waiting on the MO!!!

I remember seeing Rugged Lark at the Quarter Horse Congress and just fell in love with him! I had posters of him all over my room! A gal I was in 4-H with had a RL son, he was a nice horse. Alittle big and clunky for my liking. But all the other ones i have saw have been good!

You would think now that I'm prego I would like other peoples kids more then what I do. I love my friends boys but other peoples kids I could leave.lol! I know I will love my own kid and to me thats really all that matters! My SIL works as a delivery nurse at the hospital I'm deliverying at. Thats the only way I'm feeling half way comfy about it. I suggest reading alot. And if you arn't ready don't do it. Hell I'm not sure if I was completly ready but I was at peace with it.

That rr I have would be a great youth horse! But we may just keep him for the baby, lol! Do you like the Ruged Larks? He was my idol horse back growing up! I never owned one though I should have for as much as I loved him!!

Yeah I don't really consider my self "mom material" and honestly it took me longer to wanting kids then it did my husband. We tried for 2 1/2 years so I had a while, then it happend and we were both like crap now what! lol! I am so lucky and had a very easy pregnancy so far.. I also worry about how life with the horses will change because right now they are my life. Matt is supportive so I'm hoping we can still both do the things we enjoy just slightly diffrent now with a kid! Birth scares the shat outta me! lol

Your baby is cute! Whats he bred like? Horses aren't selling worth crap here! I have 2 forsale that are nice but no one is interested in.. You sound like me with all my prego friends! lol! I uploaded a few picts of my belly. Do you think you guys will ever have kids?
