HISTORY OF YOUR HORSE:
Won her spontaneously at a bike-a-thon on September 28th, 2002 at 6 months old.
Took her home the November of the following year to our new hobby farm where we purchased a Quarter Morab cross colt to keep her company.
She's been to several trainers and been trained under both english and western saddle. She's also picked up vaulting and how to rake out her own stall.
On May 1st, 2006 she had her first foal which died 5 minutes after birth from rhino contracted from an infected stall where a foal had died previously one day before she had been placed in it. The foal was named Krisper before he was born and was the result of no one believing me that our Quarter Morab cross, aka Dallas, was a stallion (nothing had dropped). When he, Krisper, died she went into deep mourning and I lost my horse completely and had to retrain her from scratch. She didn't recognize me for 3 months afterwards. She still isn't the same.
At 6 years old she's now giving kids lessons and being my good riding horse. She's amazing with young children and people who are scared or nervous around horses! But, a hellion for anyone who is confident and knows how to ride. Which, for me, is fantastic for stretching my riding and training abilities while still being able to use the same horse for teaching and therapy purposes.
She's my life-support and guardian and I will love her forever!

My name is Karlyn and I'm a cowgirl/country girl/english rider/I have no idea.
I used to have a number of horses, but I'm down to one, my first and her name is Crescent's Twilight. But, we all call her CresT. or Toothpaste.
I am a riding coach, nothing too big. I teach western riding and theory to kids in the summer, and to a "special" few during the off season on my personal horse.
I ride both english and western but I prefer english as it is extremely mental and intense and I love that!
I've never been in a competition yet... but that's my life-long dream and I'll accomplish it someday. It just hasn't happened yet. So far, I'm just a show groom and that's probably all I'll be for awhile.
Training horses is a side thing that I do for people I know who need help. It's normally something I do in the summer at the camp that I sometimes work it. I'm not a professional or anything but I do know a good many things and I know horses and behaviour.
Besides anything horse related, I love music as I'm a singer and I'm learning guitar. I'm a writer in the works of being published and an artist, and a dancer. I taught dance for awhile but had to take a break.
And... I just wrote a book. Anyways...ttyl (:
