Hi all- I'm new to the group. I have an approx 20 year old mare for you to pick apart. She's just a pleasure mount. We have an idea what she is but let's see if you pick it up quick. lol. I've had her for almost 2 years and rescued her 500 pounds underweight for an 10 month pregnant horse. She was in sorry shape and still filling out from it. Not the best pic but for now until I get her cleaned up. These are last summer and the summer I first got her two years ago.

Thanks

Looks to me like a TB x can see some tennessee walker too, it is a little hard to tell as she isnt upto wieght on the pictures. She is high withered though, thats for sure lol. Due to her lack of weight on the pics she has the 'grey hound' look.  Have you got some recent piccies of her?  Really pretty face.

Hey- She is Tb. Well, like 7/8ths anyway...lol... Nope not gaited. Everyone thought tenn walker when we got her cause she was so underweight. She's doing lots better now. I'm getting some recent pics as soon as her feet get done and it dries out some. She still needds muscleing up. Never knew it'd take this much time to put weight on her in the right spots.. wither, rump, shoulders, etc. This summer we're going to worrk on the muscleing part of things. Thanks.

Bless her heart, she is a very pretty mare, the lack of weight on the piccies does make it ard to tell really, hope everything is going well for her and you cos she is a very pretty girl.

She's a really nice looking mare.  Good luck with the putting weight on.  It seems you're doing a good job so far.
