1. What divisions to you ride in? If all goes well today, this year will be Baby Green Hunters, Pre Adult Amateur Hunters, and flat eq in my age group. I can't do the OF eq & adult medals this year or I'll ruin my horse's baby green standing and I'm not eligible for the limit equitation/medal classes. I'll borrow something if the eq urge gets too strong this year and also do the Adult eq OF & medals.
2. Tell about your horse(s) for each division. I'm buying a 4 (turning 5 in May) year old, 17h, dark bay, Dutch warmblood gelding hunter. He's the quietest baby ever. He's so responsive to all my aids and really wants to learn to do his job right. He did a few shows last year in the baby greens and pulled good ribbons out of 30+ horses. His name is Fifty-two eighty ("Aiden"). He'll be great up through the AA hunters and Adult Eq once he learns his job. Will he make up to be a 3'6 hunter? We'll have to see.
If I do eq/medals this year, it will most likely be on my barn owner's jumper (white horse in my profile video). He does up through the 3'6 jumpers with her son and he's the horse I've been riding while I've looked for my own. He's a warmblood mutt, 16.3h, 12 years old. His name is Kiwi. He's for sale, by the way.
3. What's your favorite show to go to? - Estes Park series in August is wonderful. Mountain resort town, horses, and two weeks in a cabin by the river is a great mix.
4. What part of the country do you show in? - Just Colorado for me. We have so many A shows within an hour drive of where I live (not to metion a ton of local stuff) that I won't need to leave the state. But the hard core folks in my barn also go all over: Florida or Arizona in the winter, Spruce Meadows, Kentucky, & Tennessee, Nationals... Maybe I'll hit the road for a some of those some day if I want a change of scenery.

1. What divisions to you ride in? Currently, Evergreen and Novice (2ft to 2ft 3)
2. Tell about your horse(s) for each division. He's a very talented guy, but I'm new at this jumping thing, so we're cruising along! He's capable of jumping over 3'6... so I've been told.
3. What's your favorite show to go to? Any of our shows...because i don't have to travel and pay for stalling, hauling, etc.
4. What part of the country do you show in?Midwest (IL)

1. What divisions to you ride in? this year i'm going to show in the junior eq and medals. and maybe the junior hunters every once and awhile. and my trainer will probably show my horse in the first year greens. and then possibly jumpers later in the season.
2. Tell about your horse(s) for each division. my horse is a coming 8, 17.2 hand holsteiner gelding named Limited Edition (Teddy). he is a fabulous eq horse and has a super jump, but doesn't move so well for the hunters... he has the best personality and i love him to death. and he was absolutely amazing at the first show of the season yesterday!
3. What's your favorite show to go to? i love the colorado summer circuit at the colorado horse park.
4. What part of the country do you show in? so far only colorado. but we may go to albuquerque this year! oldfartHJlady, what barn do you ride at and who is your trainer? it's awesome that we're in the same area.

1. What divisions to you ride in?
CEC Hunters 2'3", CEC Equitation 2'3", and CEC Medal 2'6". Open Equitation and Open Hunters 2'3"-2'6" at most places. Green Hunters Crossrails.
2. Tell about your horse(s) for each division.
CEC Divisions/Open Divisions- "Black Tie Affair" is my personally owned horse. He's a black/bay 17 year old Thoroughbred Cross gelding, aka my baby. He's pretty little(only 15.1), but I love him to pieces. He was my first show horse. He's an amazing hunter(for this level) and he manages to put up with me when I'm not doing so great.
Green Hunters Crossrails-"Make Mea Samich" is my trainer's cousin's horse. He's a bay 9 year old Appendix gelding, and the sweetest thing in the world. He's got massive withers, which makes him 15.3 with a stick. His back in only like 15-15.1hh. I took him to his first show on March 9th, and although he didn't place, I was really happy with how he did. I believe that this little booger has springs in his feet, and with some more training(his reallyyy green), will be an awesome hunter.
3. What's your favorite show to go to?
I've only been to two shows on the CEC so far, but out of those two, Springdale Stables' show is the best. It's such a pretty venue and so well-run. Out of all the shows I've been to, Church Knoll Stables was definitly the prettiest. But for a well-run show, I'd have to say that it's between Springdale and Equine Country.
4. What part of the country do you show in?
North and South Carolina
