Just this week started traing my 4yo for her future career as a carriage horse!

We're just int he lungeing/ground driving stage, but she's very sensible and should progress nicely!

Kristi and I went horse shopping today we liiked at two horses.  And I think she found one although she will show him in riding classes it is always exciting to get a new horse.  I am also in the process of breaking two of kristis minis to dive team.  They are both broke single already.

I going to get a new horse today too!  I actually "got" her 6 weeks ago, but I'm going to pick her up today.  A broodmare only, but will be crossed with my CDE pony stallion.

Kitty, my 4yo, is coming along great.  I think a few weeks of pulling the drag adn I'll have to borrow a vehicle big enough to fit her and see how she drives!

I had the same problem when I got my draft.  My friend let me use his fore cart.  Come to think of it, I still have it.  When I was at the Mid-Ohio draft sale (looking for a cart) I ran into a amish fellow who makes fore carts and it turnes out his sister is married to the other amish fellow who makes harnesses for me.
