hey everyone!
im a 14 yr old girl who lives in the country. i live north of a smaller type town in Minnesota. (3,000 people?? something like that) It can get pretty cold up here, i envy you people who live down south!! the summer of '08 i was planning to show in WSCA, but the horse (wahkon)i would use for was sent to the trainer in April of '08...and 5 months later he's still at the trainers. without extra charge. but that's a whole 'nother story!
i have 3 horses. here's some about them...=)

UPDATE! 8.17.08
This coming Wednesday, I will start riding Wahkon, at the trainer's. Hopefully he can come home soon!! =)
UPDATE!!!
8.30.08
I've been riding Wahkon for over a week now...he's home!! This horse is trained so well! Hasn't 'ooked' w/a 'sp' in front of it yet! (i dont want 2 curse myself or something! lol)Beautiful dead stop when you say 'Whoa,' (also know as the "W" Word lol)at any speed. But this horse is no regular horse. He is a wickedly smart cookie! But he is so much fun to ride! Time is limited rite now, so i g2g guys! =)

Chica (aka Flo) is a 8yr old 13.3hh Welsh/Paint
she's a sweetie, with loud color, and was trained by the same trainer Wahkon is at rite now. She's a sweetie but has enough attitude to go around. ;)
She's calm with beginners (in the pen), but has enough 'git up n' go' once ya get her out.

Mystic is a 9yr old POA/Quarter Horse/Arab(?) Gelding. July of '07 he just kept bucking (3, 4 times) me off. I checked tack...everything. But nothing helped. I was gonna have him checked out by a trainer or something...but then my mom decided to ride him. i didnt want her too, because of the fact she hadn't ridden in years. Well, in the end she ended up in HCMC, with a fractured back, 1/4 inch away from being paralyzed. (Thank God it wasnt anything worse, now she can do almost anything, but her back does get sore.)We still have him. To start with, he's a skittish, high strung horse, and she's at beginner level. Then he started bucking in the spring...idk y. Now something to love about him...he's got a sweet personality, (but jumpy) When you ride him, he's so much fun to ride because he collects perfectly and is very well balanced...
He's going for training by at most in Spring of '09.

Wahkon is a 8yr old Hackney/Appaloosa Gelding.
He has been my baby, and helped me get thru alot of crap. When we first got him (combo horse w/Mystic) my mom instantly had him go to a trainer...but this trainer said he was useless, said to sell him at the auctions. i said no. lol.
not like that would've mattered though. anyways, we ended up keeping him, just the fact this guy was so quick to start yelling "Auctions, Auctions!!" lol. Wahkon has the sweetest personality. Very curious and playful, doesn't spook at hardly anything! So in April of '08 he was sent to a different trainer, (the one who trained Flo) that trainer said he is a very smart horse, & would excel in gaming and jumping. But he said he still had to work with his problem...bucking. He said Wahkon will warn you, he isn't that random, but since we know this trainer personally, he wants Wahkon to be the best he can be for us. He wants us to call saying we've won this event, and that one. He doesnt want that call saying me or my younger sister is in HCMC (Hennepin County Medical Center). Because of his policy, and knowing us personally, we only paid him for 1 month training, and 1 month of feed. Wahkon was suppose to be home in May of '08. now, going on 5 months, Wahkon is still at this trainer's place.

Just so ya know.
now, i dont want ya thinking im some spoiled kid with the world in my hand, cuz im not!
me & my 12yr old sister pay for our horses training, tack, and other needed items.
we mow lawns, go to antique sales (we sit in the sun all day, trying to sell old junk), and do many other things so we can pay for the things in life we love.
