HISTORY OF YOUR HORSE:

She was a rescue of sorts. I bought her for $400 in 2001 from a neglect situation. She was only 14.1 and 700 lbs (just before her 3rd birthday). She's now 15.2 and 1,100 lbs and spoiled rotten! She's done very well in lower level Dressage and show some cow-sense too, though I don't have the opportunity at the moment to try her on cows. She also love to jump, even though she looks kinda silly doing it ;-).

About Me

Hello! I am a 29 yr old horse fanatic. I live in Little Rock, Arkansas with my equally horse crazy fiance and 9yr old daughter. We have two horses boarded, a 10 yr old Appaloosa mare and a 9 yr old Anglo Arabian gelding. I use to show Dressage, Hunters, and Jumpers as a teenager, and I have done some Dressage shows since, as well as some western events. Right now, I just pleasure ride. My daughter (Kayla) will be doing some fun shows this year for the first time in Hunters and Western Pleasure, on my Appaloosa mare. Hey!

I have just been VERY busy. After the state convention we had our chapter BBQ and officer elections, so I have been busy getting those together. And now since we had the elections we, the new officers are planing this year. And now with fairs are coming up I been busy working with the goats, getting the new kids ready to show. Then I was finally able to get Honor his cart. So I'm now also working him with his cart.

How are you? Have you and Kayla been able to go to any shows yet?
