Dirty Dancing, Top Gun, Hidalgo, Seabuiscut, and any other movie with the main character as a horse.
FAVORITE RIDERS:
I just love to watch any rider who demonstrates the correct posture in the saddle, the soft and suppleness of a well trained horse, and the complete fluidity between horse and rider. It's like they are dancing.
"Great horses give good
riders a chance to become
great horsemen."
FAVORITE MUSIC:
I'll listen to anything other than punk, classical, opera.....you get the drift!! My favorite group is Creed! And I am really learning to like country thanks to my daughter, Kaitlyn.
This is Capri at 2 months, 3 weeks getting the kinks out after being stalled for an injury
FAVORITE TRAIL RIDES:
It's been so long since I've been on a trail ride. Two years ago I was dislodged from one of my horses, a neurotic breeding stock halter mare with issues, and I landed wrong and crushed my wrist. I've been on a horse a hand full of times, but am pretty scared of getting on and feeling confident enough to enjoy the ride. I was acutally thinking of thinking of going to a clinic offered by the natural horseman, Chris Cox. The clinic offers horse lovers a chance to become confident in the saddle with the correct horse.

HISTORY OF YOUR HORSE:
My cousin gave me Ben. I traded Ben for Lacie. I bred Lacie to Hooch who was owned by my farrier. My farrier sold Hooch to me instead of gelding him. And now I'm the proud owner of a Palomino Stallion with Cactus Ben breeding. He will be bred to Lacie again this year and also a pleasure bred mare, Image.
I live in Picayune, Ms on 40 acres with my family of 5 horses, 4 dogs, and 2 cats. Oh and I can't leave off my husband, Victor and my daughter, Kaitlyn. Victor doesn't really have anything to do with the horses but he does spoil them with lots of treats and attention. My daughter is the rider and I do believe she has velcro on her butt because she can sure as hell stick to the saddle in the roughest situations.
Hey! I just remembered that you were from Picayune.. Hope you all are safe for Gustav.. Do you keep your horses there or take them up north? This will be my 1st hurricane with Abby... I'm sure it will be interesting!
