Adventures in BabySitting, Smoke Signals, The Gods must be Crazy, Made in Heaven...and naturally any horse movie.
FAVORITE MUSIC:
I'm a contemporary Christian music lover, and have been since 1987 - 94.9 KLTY reigns!
FAVORITE TRAIL RIDES:
Any ride with good friends on safe horses, when we can ride till the cows come home! For organized rides I'd have to say the Rockwall County Sheriff's Dept annual trail ride & BBQ is right on up there.
I can relate to so many of the stories I've read here on BarnCulture, that it feels like coming HOME when I come here.
I'm quite spoiled in some ways and very much loved, which makes me one lucky woman several times over. I've got some of the BEST friends any one person could ask for, and for that I am VERY grateful.
Yes, Donna has seen her and she is beautiful...I love the blue eyes on Buddy! Both are beautiful horses. I was reading in your profile that you like contemporary christian music. Anyone in particular? Hey, have a good night.

Hey,
Thanks for sending a request. Your horses are gorgeous. You're right, I think anyone who has a horse is lucky and maybe a little spoiled. I don't mind being spoiled. Is that your daughter in the pictures? I've got one son who doesn't care for horses at all, but will occasionally ride with me anyway. Again, I'm lucky.
I'v got one mare, which is wierd. I haven't had a mare for over 20 years. So far so good. The local vet implanted a marble in her uterus, so she hasn't come in season this spring. Very nice. She's kinda bossy so I'm sure her stable mate is thankful. I'm looking forward to riding. It's been too chilly and wet lately for riding. I don't do well in the cold. Funny I should be in Minnesota, then, don't you think? Anyway, there's a nice trail to ride, that winds through some woods, then down to the Cottonwood River. Last time we rode there, a Bald Eagle flew not 30 yards from us, then landed on a tree and watched us for quite a while. Cool. Usually, I just ride along the roads, and to the Lost Dog and Fox Hunters' county park about a mile away. It's right on a lake, which is nice for the horses to cool of in. Where do you ride?
I look forward to hearing from you.
