I love country life!! I have been happily married for 28 years and have one daughter. We have 4 cat's, 2 dog's and 6 horses of our own. In addition to that we board about 12 other horses. Our life pretty much is all about our animals. I do manage though to still play a lot of tennis, snow ski, work in the garden and do some quilting. I would have to say that I have a pretty good life and am very grateful for that.
HEY! Sorry I have been very MIA lately. I have started that work project I was telling you about and its 7am till 3:30pm then I work at my office job 4pm-7 or 8pm so kind of a lot to keep up with. I am taking summer school in a few weeks as well. Also working on an interesting new tv show idea for discovery channel, wishful thinking but hey maybe. How are you? I bet still working hard as ever. I'd love to come see you guys next month if possible. Let me know :)
Had a very large 50th bday party. Got to bed around 2-2:30 a.m. Actually showed my horse later that day in the "select" class which is the 50 & over, 3rd place. Announcer made sure everyone knew I was the newest member to "select". Bless her heart. Daughter rode my horse in junior class, won it. We were both hung over. Leaving this weekend for Colorado. Will be back next thurs, then head to another horse show. With the price of gas, probably won't be able to show next year, so just enjoying life right now.
hey lol i did have a great weekend, especailly sunday!! lol so how have you been lately? oh by the way, we might be bringing meha (my mom's horse) home today but we still don't know what was wrong with her
yeah i've been trying to catch up on my sleep but i have an other problem. i turn into a book worm during the summer and read nonstop! lol i'll stay up late reading
i was AWESOME!!! we were riding around the pond and we were going between the pond and a pasture...there were two horses on the fence line and my horse Rudy...who i was riding that day (since Glory wasnt ready for trail riding yet) got spooked, he went one way and i went the other...i actually didnt "fall" off i kinda rolled off of him and onto the ground..it happened soo fast that i didnt realize that i was thrown until i looked around, Rudy was standing there looking at me, it seemed like he was saying "well are u going to get up and ride or can i go back to the barn? Im hungry." he walked over and began eating from a tree nearby...there was a rider behind me that yelled up to my instructor that i had been thrown...we went back to the barn (me walking Rudy back...not riding unfortunatly) lol...i traded my instructor for her horse Silluette (aka Silly) and jumped for a while...until she knocked down the fence..i had misjudged my timing. I about fell off of her too..i was cantering and jumped and right after i jumped i turned her to quickly and she about ran into the arena fence and i about went over her shoulder. Saturday just wasnt my day at all....lol
lol yeah i'm ok. the heat is getting to me and i need to be getting more sleep. so i forgot to tell you ya, but my mom said yes i can go to pebble beach, but i need to get her more info.
