galloping on the bach with salt water running down my face....walking through the woods on sunny winter days....riding on the power lines and getting up so high that you can see for miles around, including seeing Mt Washington which is better than 100 miles away. THe girls and I like to explore the sand pits and the ski mobil trails in our area. |

| HISTORY OF YOUR HORSE: |
Bought her as an unbroken 2 year old. Had very little time to decide if I wanted the horse, so I took her and figured I could resell if I couldn't do the baby thing. Kyra has never had any professional training per se, but i've gotten lots of support as we've worked together. my daughter took her to Pony club Nationals when she was 5 and they had the highest scores of the entire competetion. I've enjoyed the process of training Kyra and am proud of how far we've come. Every year so far I've managed to break a bone in my persistence to master this sport of eventing. Can't say i regret any of it. I look forward to many more great years with this horse and will continue to work and study diligently to ensure that I don't make any major mistakes with KYra. We are truly a great fit and I am very thankful for every moment I spend on her back or just hanging out with her. |

Adult re-rider..hubby gave my riding lessons 7 years ago and it sparked a passion in me that I never knew existed. 5 horses later, I'm sure he's wondering what hit him (lol) We have a litter of kids and i have an emotionally challenging job...peace and sanity are found on the back of Specialk. I bought this mare as an unbroken 2yo(what was I thinking???) and have spent the last 5 years old bringing us along. We do dressage, event and ski jore. 2 of my daughters are horse girls. we have a blast together whether we're on a trail around here or out on a xc course in lexington Ky. We have 5 horses, 2 mini donks, 3 dogs and a bunny. Life is good!
